Concierge/Services

  • Spectrum Resorts can not book your local area reservations, however the Front Desk can assist you with any contact information and local recommendations.

  • At this time, Spectrum Resorts does not provide child care.

  • Spectrum Resorts has a team of GEM specialists waiting to make our guests vacations memorable! Our GEM team can coordinate with local vendors to provide products to enhance our guests special occasions. Contact our team by calling 251-224-3300 to let us know what you are celebrating and we will take it from there!

  • Flower deliveries will be brought to the Front Desk. Please ensure that the company is provided with a condo number, name and phone number. Our GEM specialists can deliver flowers to Spectrum guests, non-Spectrum guests will need to pick them up at the Front Desk.

  • We do not offer room service, however both restaurants on property provide takeout orders. Resturant hours are seasonal.

  • The Alabama Gulf Coast attracts visitors year round but the most popular time to visit is during the summer. Spring and fall are ideal times to visit due to great weather, lower rates and less crowded beaches.

  • Spectrum Resorts provides firework shows on property for the Fourth of July and New Years at The Beach Club Resort & Spa.

  • For the safety of our guests, indiviuals are not permitted to have fireworks.

  • Spectrum Resorts has first aid kits located in all of the administrative buildings on property. First responders are not located on property, however we will call first responders for assistance and do have many first aid certified team members.

  • For jellyfish stings, the American Heart Association recommends the following: Rinse the area with vinegar for at least 30 seconds. If vinegar is not available, a solution of baking soda can be used.

  • Arrangements can be made in advance for an early arrival of 1PM and a late departure of 12PM if your vacation rental is available. Early arrivals and late departures incur a service fee of $50, each.

  • Spectrum Resorts does not have bellhop services, however, luggage racks and grocery buggies are located in the lobby of each tower. Special consideration can be made for guests who need additional assistance in most circumstances.

  • Spectrum Resorts does not have a conceirge on property, however, concierge services are handled by our Front Desk team members who are always happy to suggest local attractions and help our guests make their vacations memorable.

  • The Front Desk hours are seasonal and extended during the summer months. The most current Front Desk hours can be found on the onsite resort guide, our websites and by calling 251-224-3300.

  • The hours of operations are seasonal for all amenities and offices. You can find the current hours online or by calling the Front Desk at 251-224-3300 or the Clubhouse Desk at 251-224-2582.

  • The call center is located at The Beach Club in our Guest Services department.

  • Spectrum Resorts is the onsite property management team, which includes the Front Desk, amenities, housekeeping and maintenance, and security teams.

  • Please see the front desk or call services at 251-224-3900 with any lost and found concerns.

  • If an item is left behind, it can be shipped to you through USPS for the cost of shipping.

  • Security is located south of the Front Desk, they are available and on property 24/7.

  • Spectrum guests are able to save 10% off purchases when charging back to the room. Upon check in, the Front Desk provides our guets with a RFID wristband and the option to set up resort charging. Once resort charging is set up, Spectrum guests can simply present their wristband at any on property Spectrum managed locations for purchases.

  • The Grocery Delivery service allows Spectrum Guests to skip the grocery store and go straight to their condo. We will do the shopping for you and place the order in your condo. Our grocery delivery has a delivery fee of $35 and an additional 20% service fee.

  • Spectrum Resorts does not provide wheel chairs to rent on property, however the Front Desk can assist in providing contact information for a wheel chair rental in the area. Please call 251-224-3300 for more information.

  • Spectrum Guests can save 10% off and charge any purchases made on property from a Spectrum Resorts managed location. Non-Spectrum guests do not have the option to charge back to their room.

  • A courtesy car is not available. The Front Desk will provide contact information for taxi or shuttle services in the area. Guests can reach the Front Desk by calling 251-224-3300.

  • Personal chefs are not available on property.

  • Guests can purchase bags of ice at The Clubhouse.
