Exercise your mind, body and soul at Yin Yoga. This slow paced form of yoga practices holding postures for several minutes. The long-held poses and balancing practices work mainly the lower body. Yin Yoga aims to work the connective tissue by relaxing the muscles in order to get a good stretch.
Clubhouse access is required. Clubhouse access is complimentary for Spectrum Resorts Guests. Non-Spectrum Guests may purchase Clubhouse access.
