This class progresses from movement to stillness to bring balance to both body and mind. It begins with a warming Vinyasa flow to stimulate the yang energies of heat, movement and effort followed by 2-3 passive Yin poses which promote coolness, relaxation and ease.
Clubhouse access is required. Clubhouse access is complimentary for Spectrum Resorts Guests. Non-Spectrum Guests may purchase Clubhouse access.
