Spectrum Resorts understands that the safety concerns of our guests are real and are of the utmost importance. We hope you will join us when it’s safe to do so.
We are happy to offer a 100% refund to any guests wishing to cancel due to coronavirus concerns. You can also reschedule your trip without losing your deposit. In addition, we have compiled a list of resort information regarding the virus, as well as steps we are taking for the safety of our guests. If your question is not answered here, please feel free to call guest services at 855-266-5471 and we will be happy to assist you. In addition, you can refer to the CDC’s website for specific information on the virus. Spectrum Resorts is following the guidance of the governor and the CDC for its policies regarding COVID-19.

Q: Is the resort open and are all amenities on property still open, including pools and dining?
A: Coast and The Village Hideaway will be carryout/delivery only. Carryout orders may be picked up at The Village Hideaway East door (by the Creamery). Delivery is for resort guests only. A special menu will be offered during this time. Order online or Call 251-224-3560 to place your order. Gulfside Bar & Grill and the Tiki Bar will be closed until April 17. The Creamery is closed until April 17. The following amenities are closed until April 17: The Clubhouse (to include pools, fitness center, arcade), The Spa, The Village Mercantile, all tower pools, hot tubs and playground.
Q: Are local businesses closing, including grocery stores?
A: Currently, grocery stores are open, but some are operating on limited hours. All restaurants are take-out only. Many non-essential businesses and attractions are closed until April 17. For an updated list of area restaurant updates, visit here. For an updated attraction list, visit here.
Q: Are the beaches open?
A: No, in response to the recent orders from Alabama Governor Kay Ivey, the beach will be closed effective March 19 at 5 p.m. and will reopen on April 17.
Q: Will I receive a notification if the resort closes or if there are any changes?
A: Yes, in the unlikely event the resort closes, you will receive an email if you have an existing reservation.
