Recipe serves 2
Ingredients:
1/4 cup demerara sugar
1 Tbsp corn starch
1/4 cup orange juice
1 cup dark, sweet cherries, rinsed and pitted (or use frozen pitted cherries);
1/2 tsp finely grated orange zest
1 jigger Kirschwasser (cherry brandy)
2 servings vanilla ice cream
