Bristol Project

We want to make you aware of a project at the Bristol Tower that will be underway beginning in fall of 2025— Replacement of the Beauty Bands. This project is scheduled to begin on September 15, 2025, and is expected to be completed by end of February 2026.

Here’s how this project may impact your visit:

• Construction Noise: You may hear construction noise during the early phase of demolition as the old beauty bands are removed. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Work on Saturdays will only occur with express permission, typically if weather delays require adjustments.
• Debris and Cleanliness: The materials used for the new beauty bands will result in some Styrofoam debris around the building and parking areas. Our team will work diligently to maintain cleanliness throughout the project.
• Building Access: Swing stages will hang from the exterior of the tower, and certain entrances may be partially blocked at times. For your safety, walking paths may occasionally be adjusted.

SHORT TERM GUESTS

If you wish to move or cancel your reservation, you may do so without penalty.  Options include:

• Move: Transfer to a same-sized unit at your current rate, or upgrade to a larger unit by paying only the difference (both based on availability).

• Stay in Bristol: Remain in Bristol Tower during the project and receive a 15% discount. Discount cannot be applied with any other discounts (other than the 7th night free promotion or group rates).

• Cancel: Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, including your $99 deposit.

LONG TERM GUESTS

Monthly winter guests will follow a different policy. Affected guests will be contacted directly.
