Avalon Project

We want to make you aware of an important project at the Avalon Tower that will be underway beginning in fall of 2025—the North Knee Wall Replacement. This essential repair project is scheduled to begin on September 9, 2025, and is expected to be completed by end of March 2026.

Here’s how this project may impact your visit:

  • Construction Noise: You may hear construction noise between Monday and Saturday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
  • Dust and Cleanliness: While there will be dust in some work areas, our team and contractors will work diligently to maintain cleanliness throughout the resort.
  • Walkway Access: Walkways will remain open, though you may notice construction teams working in these areas. For safety reasons, walking paths may be temporarily adjusted. The main building entrance will primarily be accessible via the porte-cochere stairs during weekdays, but we will open additional paths on weekends whenever possible.
  • Restricted Areas: For your safety, certain areas near the east and west sides of the lobby will be sectioned off due to the installation of Mast Climbers. Additionally, scaffolding or swing stages will be in place around the center elevator tower and north balconies on floors 2-3 during repairs. The work being done should not impact the elevators.
  • Landscaping and Parking: Some landscaping on the south side of the drive-up will be temporarily relocated, and the far east side of the parking lot (club side) will be used for staging and storing materials so parking may be prohibited in some areas.
