Day Visitor Pass

Beginning January 1, 2026, all day passes must be registered in advance. Day passes will no longer be issued at the gate. Prior to your stay, a day pass registration form will be included in your 5 day pre-arrival email. This form must be completed online before your guests arrive. A $7 day pass per vehicle will be collected at the gate upon arrival and allows visiting guests to stay from 9am-10pm. This form is for Spectrum Guests only. View the form HERE.

Owners may choose to do repairs and/or renovations to their units. Renovations are allowed from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Saturday. Noise and vibrations may occur and you may see construction debris.
