One of the easiest yoga practices to maintain, Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique. It is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping in which the body is completely relaxed. 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep. Everyone from children to seniors can practice an unconscious mind. Yoga Nidra is practiced in The Village in Gulf View West.
